How to deal with dental negligence.

If you believe you have endured below-par dental treatment, you may be entitled to claim compensation. Dental negligence claims can be made providing you have proof of any injury or illness sustained after your appointment at the dentist and if your claim is within three years of the treatment.

You can be sure that you suffered poor treatment from your dentist if they assured you they knew what they were doing but did a less than thorough job, causing you more pain than before. Even if a routine check-up goes wrong, you could be entitled to claim compensation against them.

Everyone should have the comfort of knowing that when visiting the dentist, the dentist is doing everything right. Dentistry is a difficult profession, but only those with the relevant skills and qualifications should be able to provide their services, especially if they charge you for the privilege of having an operation on your teeth.

At Dental Negligence Scotland, we have experienced Dentists who serve as Expert Witnesses in  court cases to assess your circumstances and advise if you have grounds for making a valid claim. If you think you have been harmed or mistreated then fill out the contact form on our website.
